Your office is the best ever! You saved my daughter and I on 2 trips.

However, I was hoping you could apply to provider relations for United Healthcare as a plan provider. I have asked that a packet of information be sent to you. Here is the number for United Healthcare 800-842-9885 if you would like to call and find out more.

I hope you will join. It will make insurance claims alot easier! Currently they see your office as an out of network provider and not covered under our plan.

Thank you again for top notch service!

I snapped two toes playing beach volleyball at a resort in Kahana last week. My resort referred me to Doctors on Call.

When we arrived in the office, there was a child receiving stitches, and another guy being treated for a separated shoulder, so the office was busy. The nurse suggested that my wife fill out the paperwork so x-rays of my foot could be taken while we were waiting.

The doctor saw the two fractures in my toes in the x-rays, taped up my toes, gave me a walking shoe and suggested pain medication.

They examined, diagnosed, treated, and processed me in 1.5 hours. Back on the mainland, a typical ER takes 2-4 hours just to be seen. I was in and out in less than two hours!

After a day of rest, my wife and I went snorkeling and continued with the rest of our plans for the week. The only difference was it took me a little longer to hobble on crutches to where ever we were going.

Thank you Doctors on Call for superlative treatment and saving the rest of our trip!!!

V/r,
Kevin Ikeda
